Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located in the CBD, right next to the metro, making it super convenient for exploring Beijing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but the slow Wi-Fi and occasional smells of smoke were a drawback. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff organizing trips and taxis. Dining options were limited and not very tasty, but the lovely Asian garden view from the rooms was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit outdated, were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful despite some language challenges. The service had some room for improvement but generally satisfactory. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and amenities, but there were some disruptions during my stay. The dining experience left much to be desired due to higher costs and unfriendly staff. Overall, a decent stay with both upsides and downsides.
The hotel offers good services in a convenient location, but some room features could be improved. The staff is efficient but lacks warmth. The dining options are satisfactory, and the facilities are well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large and spacious, offering a lovely view onto an Asian garden from a balcony/patio connected to the room, which was delightful. However, I found the room lighting to be insufficient. The service was somewhat lacking, not meeting the four-star standard, although the staff was nice and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping at Silk Road Mall and exploring Beijing, but I had to request a quiet room for a peaceful stay. The dining options were basic considering the price asked. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
